Acupressure
Acupressure is a non-invasive ancient healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through contact with specific points and channels in the body, acupressure works to resolve patterns of imbalance in both the musculoskeletal system and organ systems alike, and is focused on preventive care. Acupressure provides an exceptionally broad range of benefits:
Improves circulation within and across body systems
Releases patterns of tension
Supports and restores organ system health
Improves nervous system health
Promotes the free flow of energy
Contributes to mental and emotional health
Improves injury/illness/surgical recovery

Integrated Session
Often, multiple imbalances are co-occurring and a variety of modalities are appropriate. Some horses respond differently to modalities in different regions of the body. Lastly, often an imbalance can be best addressed with one modality, while maintenance support is best provided with another. I am happy to develop dynamic and responsive sessions drawing on multiple approaches.
